As Toronto’s only independent Herman Miller contract furniture dealer, Workspace Group (WSG) wanted to create a more professional standard for all its outward-facing communications. As a business renowned for its impeccable client service, wide-range of furniture offerings and successful furniture installations around the GTA, its current suite of platforms did not showcase the high caliber of their work or communicate their value proposition.

WSG engaged @elissapr communications to:

  • Audit all existing communication vehicles and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Help develop a WSG Brand DNA
  • Write a new company narrative and key messages for company-wide use
  • Develop sustainable outbound communications to past/present clients and design partners
  • Create greater resonance and consistency across specific social media platforms

Key Success Factors

  • Developed a new brand DNA working with a marketing consultant; interviewed past and present clients and design partners
  • Created a new WSG narrative and key messages: allows staff to accurately and consistently talk about the company and its offerings
  • Chose a web designer, wrote and collected visual assets to create a brand new website promoting WSG’s capabilities and showcasing a variety of installations: workspacegroup.ca
  • Continue to create and maintain social media presence on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook
  • Write and distribute Workspace Vibes, an e-newsletter targeted to WSG clients and business partners
  • Ensure consistency of brand message in all ancillary communication products including RFPs, pitch emails
